About our Founder, Tania Pacheco

Tania is an experienced accountant and bookkeeper, with over a decade of experience in a variety of industries before narrowing down to serve the three she’s most passionate about and breaking away from her corporate career. 

With a degree from Merrimack College’s Girard School of Business, Tania has fully immersed herself in the world of business. She understands the challenges that entrepreneurs and business owners face first-hand. 

Tania’s greatest satisfaction comes from making informed recommendations that provide her clients with peace of mind that their financials are in good hands. She believes understanding and talking about your money is how you’re able to manage your business effectively. Not doing so can negatively impact your business's potential, and that’s why she’s so passionate about this work.  

Every year, her clients trust her and her colleagues to manage hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, and she boasts an impressive retention rate, saving her clients on average 10-20 hours per month.
